Prasal Verb: LAUGH AT somebody/something ( =  make fun of) – RIR DE ALGUÉM – RIR DE ALGO – TEM CONOTAÇÃO NEGATIVA.

§  SENTIDO (1) (RIR DE ALGUÉM, TIRAR O SARRO, CAÇOAR DE ALGUÉM) – RIR DE ALGUÉM porque ele fez ou disse algo que você acha estúpido.

Expressão Idiomática: PULL SOMEONE’ LEG ( ZOAR ALGUÉM – ENGANAR ALGUÉM ATRAVÉS DE UMA MENTIRA BRINCALHONA –  TEM CONOTAÇÃO POSITIVA)

Verb: JOKE ( =  to say funny things ) = FAZER PIADA, BRINCAR DIZENDO COISAS ENGRAÇADAS – PODE TER CONOTAÇÃO POSITIVA OU NÃO.
