(A) DIRECT OBJECT:
 "Direct Object" is a NOUN or PRONOUN that receives the action of the verb in the sentence.
 How to find a "Direct Object"?
1) Find action verb.
* If the verb is a linking verb, there is no direct object! 
2) Then ask "whom?" or "what?" after of the action verb.
* One of the questions will be answered if there is a direct object.
3) The answer is the direct object.
 Examples:
 1) Superman caught the robber.
• Superman pegou o ladrão.
 [action verb] = caught
• [caught whom?] = the robber
• [direct object] = the robber
(B) INDIRECT OBJECT:
 "Indirect object" is a NOUN or PRONOUN that receive the object direct.
 How to find a "Indirect Object"?
1) Find action verb.
2) Ask "whom?" or "what?" after of the action verb. That will give you the direct object.
3) Than ask "to whom" or "for whom" after the direct object and that will give you the indirect object.
◼ PLEASE NOTE 1: You MUST HAVE a direct object to have an indirect object.
◼ PLEASE NOTE 2: The sentence pattern will always be:
• Subject + Verb + Indirect Object + Direct Object  
• S + V + IO + DO
 Examples:
 1) Jenny baked George a cake.
• Jenny fez um bolo para George.
 [action verb] = baked
• [baked what?] = a cake (direct object)
• [a cake to whom?] = George(indirect object)
2) I made you some coffee.
• Eu fiz um café para você.
 [action verb] = made
• [made what?] = some coffee (direct object)
• [some coffee to whom?] = you (indirect object)
3) Jenny sent me an email.
• Jenny enviou-me um e-mail.
 [action verb] = sent
• [sent what?] = an email (direct object)
• [an email to whom?] = me (indirect object)
